Dunkin Donuts - Opened 20 Sep 08 at the site of the former Cafe 101 in the shopping center at the corner of 422 and Old Airport Rd. Drive through open 24 hours; serving drinks, food, and bagels, and of course donuts.
Hearthstone at Amity Township - 78 Bed Personal Care Facility. Construction accross from Redner's. Building up Nov. 08. Open Sep 09.
Villa at Morlatton - Assisted Living Facility - 2 houses torn down at end of Maplewood at 422. Building going up Nov 08. Open house June 09.
Charlies Restaurant - From what I've been told Charlies is scheduled to re-open under new management. It will be an Italian stye restaurant with a brick oven and a take-out area. The outside improvements are obvious with a newly paved parking lot and new landscaping and a sign "Nepa's Tratorilla, opening soon". The inside is being completely re-done.and was just starting on March 29th when I stopped by. Update Nov. 08 - the building as been painted. Sep 09 - The permanent sign is up.
